Our dental practice is conveniently located on Ross River Road, Townsville. We have a purpose-built relaxation room with a zero gravity chair where we offer little comforts like warm towels and heat packs. We bake bread and serve coffee and drinks for you to enjoy in our indoor client lounge and outdoor courtyard. Our team are welcoming, gentle and understanding, and aim to ensure you leave feeling protected and restored.

Please be assured we completely understand. Simply let us know about your concerns when you make your appointment. We’ll talk you through what will happen during your visit so you’ll feel as prepared as possible.
We’ll offer you a time which is the most convenient and least stressful for you. We might recommend you take a pre-treatment calming medication and bring a stress ball and headphones to help distract you.

Dr Cameron Arnold
Principal Dentist & Owner BDSc(Qld)
Cameron is highly regarded – by his peers and patients alike – for his extensive knowledge, advanced technical skills and his very gentle touch. Townsville-born, Cameron has practised dentistry in Townsville since 1990, establishing Smile Dental in 1998. Highlighting his personal commitment to remaining family owned and operated, he renamed the practice Cameron and Co Dental in 2016.
Dr Jonathon Aspinall

Jonathon has been part of the team since 2016 and provides thorough and skilled care to patients of all ages. With 13 years of experience in dentistry, Sierra supports patients of all ages in achieving optimal oral health. She treats children, teens and young adults with preventive and restorative care.

Yash Basista
Oral Health Therapist BOH Therapy and Hygiene (CQU)
Yash works closely with Dr Arnold and Dr Aspinall to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care. He is passionate about helping patients understand their oral health and supporting them in preventing dental problems before they develop.
Understanding that dental visits can feel stressful for some people, Yash takes the time to explain procedures clearly and ensure every patient feels relaxed, informed, and well cared for.
Carly Rohan
Clinical Co-ordinator
Carly joined the Cameron and Co Dental team in 2013, and has a special interest in the art and science of cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She draws on her broad experience to assist Dr Arnold with complex cases and in the use of sophisticated equipment like the iTero 3D scanner. Carly is committed to helping patients feel happy and confident when they smile.
Chelsea Caltabiano
Dental Assistant
Chelsea assists Dr Arnold and is passionate about patient care, particularly in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She loves witnessing the boost in patients’ confidence after their treatments. Chelsea takes pride in getting to know you while sharing a laugh to help ease any nerves.
Anjali Doad
Dental Assistant
Anjali assists Dr Arnold, and has a passion for cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She likes to get to know her patients and help them feel at ease during their visit to the practice. Anjali brings compassion and a sense of humour to her work.
Jessica Roy

Originally from Bali, Jessica joined the team in 2025. She enjoys creating a comfortable and safe place where patients feel truly cared for, and especially enjoys making others smile.
Tegan Taylor-Kehoe

Whether you call our front desk or visit the practice, there’s a good chance Tegan will be the one to greet you. She loves getting to know our patients — whether she’s finding the perfect time for an appointment, helping arrange payment plans, or simply having a friendly chat.
One of the first things Tegan does when she arrives at the practice each morning is bake fresh bread. It smells incredible!

Sarah is responsible for recruiting the “A” team and keeping them up to speed and on the case. She especially enjoys creating a comfortable and rejuvenating environment in the practice by offering the very best hospitality.
