Sensitive teeth?

There are a few different reasons teeth can become sensitive, and we can help work out what's going on when we see you.

In the meantime, a few simple habits can make a real difference. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush and a sensitive toothpaste, and spit rather than rinse afterwards. This helps the toothpaste stay in contact with your teeth a little longer and gradually desensitises the nerve endings.
